Rev. Fr. Osuchukwu Simon

Rev. Simon is a humanitarian and founder of Avemaria Humanitarian Foundation. He is a Catholic Priest ordained in 2003 for the Catholic diocese of Okigwe, Nigeria. He is currently serving in Catholic Diocese of Phoenix, United States of America. He is a graduate of Philosophy and Sacred Theology.

Mr Isaac Uchi Agenyi

Isaac is a graduate of Statistics, Economics, a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Marketing Management and Master of Science Degree (MSc-in view) in Economics. He holds a Senior Management Programme (SMP) Certificate from the Lagos Business school and a disruptive leadership certificate from Harde Business School.

He also holds an International Advanced Diploma certificate in Logistics & Transport Management (UK), a Graduate Professional Advanced Diploma Certificate in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management and a Professional Diploma Certificate in Human Resource Management.

He is a licensed Human Resource practitioner and a certified Management Trainer/Consultant by Centre for Management Development (CMD).

He is a Fellow, Institute of Credit Administration (FICA), Member, Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria, Member, Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria, Member, Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics Management (UK), Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Member, Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Chain Management and Member, Institute of Portfolio Management of Nigeria.

Isaac is the current Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Moto Business Service Nigeria-A Subsidiary of Yamaha Group. Prior to joining MBSN, he was the pioneer General Manager of Creditville Finance Limited, a General Manager, Enterprise Asset Leasing Ltd & ECP Insurance Brokerage Limited and Head, Leasing at Rosabon Financial Services.

He has held other strategic positions in financial services and fleet management institutions such as Petroleum Finance (Africa) Company Limited, Dipado Fleet Experts, and Aquila Leasing Limited. He was also the pioneer president of Grandvillas (Nosak Group) Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited, President Storehouse Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited and Secretary Avemaria Humanitarian Foundation (A non-profit organization) and Non-Executive Director, Lipari Learning Academy and Forthhills Schools.


Agenyi-Isaac Onyinyechi Angela

Onyinyechi holds a Nigerian Certificate in Education (N.C.E) in Business Education from the Federal College of Education (Technical), Akoka, Lagos; a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Management from the University of Ibadan; and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (M.Ed.) from Lagos State University.

She further obtained a Graduate Diploma in Management, Community Service, and Children’s Mental Health from Conestoga College, Ontario, Canada.

A certified teacher with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, Onyinyechi has taught in various schools for over a decade. She is currently the proprietress of Forthhills Schools, an institution with a vision to raise agents of transformation.

With vast experience in education, she specializes in developing age and development appropriate programs, implementing curriculum guidelines, creating and delivering learning resources, and monitoring student progress. She is particularly skilled at ensuring that both struggling and advanced learners receive the support they need to thrive.

Onyinyechi finds her greatest motivation in seeing her students surpass their own expectations, discover new concepts, and build confidence through her guidance and encouragement. Her teaching approach has consistently earned praise from parents, proprietresses, and colleagues alike.

She is happily married to Mr. Agenyi Isaac, and they are blessed with two children.
